I think I may have taught chop it a few things LOL. I was already very versed in kustoms when he asked me to help out. I went to Gary's the "local brushes" school and did the top chop on his 40 Ford. (he's still working on it)

I have a long history in the custom chopper field also. worked with "Indian Larry" long before TV came along, was on staff at "iron horse" magazine for a long while and am still involved there. I just can't shake this stuff, I love it to much!

Yeah better winters for sure. Lower taxes too. But driving behind these folks is a challenge, they all drive like they are going to a funeral.I think it must say somewhere in the DMV book that one must stop before making a right? And like I said need some bakeries and diners.

 

Gary the Brush did the leafing on my tank, I wouldnt have trusted anyone else! I just saw Alex driving down hempstead turnpike yesterday in his camo wago with the plane strapped to the top, you can catch him down at Belmore on Fridays.

I saw his 40 Fritz, its still at his shop.

Ok, I am duly impressed, LOL I love how you've done what you have with Ed's cars. He was an Icon to me when I was a kid and then to later on in life get to be friends with him was a dream come true. He left us too soon.

lived on LI for many years but just bought a 55 Cad that i'm restoring.
Lowered it and doing all the leather myself.
Its the end of summer, but any good LI shows coming up?

li street rods is this weekend, at wicks road,,ill be there just annoying people,,,my friend is driving my 30 hudson into the show....in a few weeks its statford springs,,,2.. 2..1/2 hours worth the trip,, also in about three weeks its lake compounce route 199 best one day show there is,,,,for the east enders its the boat then about forty five minutes...ill meet you bring me a pie(((you know where))
