haha, bump... i wasnt calling you a ****head for having to leave in a hurry... you gotta handle home matters first, thats totally understandable! ive got whats left of the tequila at my place... $20.00 a bottle? thats RICH rather, its a comment refering to the "suggestive" blurry blob (pnis) covering you in the picture i posted. after the show we saw munster at Jumbo's and watched some old stripper rub her *** on the mirrors, she was funny.
yeah thats what i seen,it was on the rigt sid eof the street if u were goin west. looked like he hit a pole or something cause the grill, and front end was all messed up. i'd hate to see that car get auctioned off for a few hundred dollars.
ya, that ****ed... pretty sure it was this truck image is from http://www.deadendcruisers.com/index2.html
Is this "fauxtina" on a brand new Minotti 37 3W body? What will they think of next? I like the patina look, but on a new gl*** car, it just ****s!
Wow, I didn't know about the Rivi. That ****s. I used to work with that guy back at PRIMEDIA. That was a hell of a paint job too; very deep. He sprayed it about a year and a half ago if I'm not mistaken. I first saw it all done at Paso.
Har**** sure has got the striping I like. He's next on my list. Looks good Hoppy. I'll have to see that in person sometime soon. Is it rude to ask $$$?
Hey, 'saw this one at the donut shop a couple weeks ago. The guy drilled the gl*** body in several places ta simulate rust through. Ta most of the sheep, it looked like the real deal, but Henry didn't build any '37 3-windows.
That thing is LAME. He needs to paint it, put some 24's on it and go hang out with the rest of the Boydsters.
Between beers, I did mange to shoot some other stuff. But looking at what I did shoot, I didn't go far from said beer. Sorry Dave. That's it.
it would make a killer daily driver. the guy put some thought into what he built. you could go tearing around and not sweat it if some ***hat smashes into it. fine it ain't steel, but as an example i would drive a replica fibergl*** "c" jag any day
Whys it ok for guys on here to build trad style t-buckets made of gl*** but this 37 is a p.o.s. I think its cool. ok now start rippin me a new a-hole.
I would rather see that 37 like this than a Boydster. You may not like the fact that it is gl*** and that he is trying to make it look old but there is talent and thought in it, which is more than I can say for a lot of the **** rods that were there that day.
I will agree that the '37 is waaaaay cooler than that four door #1 rat rod thing. And that mega chopped tudor could have been really cool IF he had left some of the window... think Weezner's Cherry Pie... Both are examples where just having a nice cool hot rod aren't enough for some people. They have to be different in a sea of people "being different".
probaly wouldn't of looked as bad if it was all one color, but tryin to make fibergl*** look like metal just don't cut it.
Jesus....some people are so close-minded. I think that Minotti Fibergl*** 3-window '37 Ford looks pretty cool. If Henry did make 'em....you might find one in this condition somewhere in some ****py barn.
I'm not closed minded. Minotti 37 3W bodies are slick cars. Hell, I like Coast to Coast 39s too. BUT, they are both high dollar street rods that will take a mininum of 30K to get on the road. But then you paint it with primer, punch holes in it, sand through the paint, to make it look like a budget jalopy! It would be different if it really WAS a budget jalopy. My two cents. Rich
Damn.....Now I wish I went to hang with mutha f#*ka'...Guess we'll be hangin' at the next HAMB BBQ! J.D.
I NEVER 'EVER' liked those 37 3 windows! BUT that one is "RIGHT ON!!" finally someone figured out how to make one look good! round up all those 37 3 windows & this one would draw the most attention it looks just right to me!
