I don't believe. I believe it's a rare (and certainly the only) 32 coupe fund in France, very very rare here...It's certainly a car who has been in France since ever... Maybe the Louisiana licence plate is a joke around the "french" history/culture of Louisiana ? Maybe Christian (he is from the same car club) can tell you more about it...

That's a french licence plate number: one 3 or 4 digits number, two or three letters, and one 2 digits number, specific to the regional area...(75=Paris, 13=M****ille....)
