What is this? I can't figure it out... 1940 Chevy?

 

its a 42-48 chevy with the door pods removed when they removed the fenders i think.

 

Nice pics.. but where are all the RACE CARS?

I failed to look at the numbered door! 1942. The front seems to be stretched out though. Hmmm... Interesting salt racer.

 

the hood looks stock, just the axle moved forward
