I sent off for a Motor City Flathead Catalog and received my letter back, in the mail, saying that there was "No Mail Receptacle". Anyone know if they moved or maybe just a case of some pimpled faced punks out for some mailbox baseball?
Mark Kirby has been ill and, as I understand it, he has scaled back his business. The scale may be so low as to be undetectable, but I have no actual knowledge of that.
I saw Mark last Saturday and he is doing pretty well. He told me that he sold the building he was in but is still working there and selling parts. Your best bet is to call him and ask him for a catalog. Mark has a lot of irons in the fire and is developing some really nice flathead stuff.

[/ QUOTE ] I was over there a couple weeks ago(he's located about 15 miles from here)and I didn't get to speak with him as he was busy talking with someone(as it turns out the buyer of the building). Mark has indeed been very ill.He had quadruple byp*** surgery awhile back(he drove himself to the hospital because he didn't feel well!)and had severe complications from it(an infection in his breastbone which resulted in it's removal;a very dangerous situation). He seems to be getting past that finally but recuperation is very slow.He does have a lot of things going on at present so please try and bear with him.
