   I know that in ‘61 Ford used a Y block and a big block in the full size Fords, but are there frame and mount insulators available to install a small block motor like a 302 or 351w into a 1962 Galaxie?

   Ford installed the SBF in the full-size cars in '63, so a set of those will work.
