welcome greece.. you have a few options open to you... you can fab mounts from tubing, but may be overkill since you are running a flatty, youll have to box the frame for tubing or use a s****ed kmember from a donor frame. quite a few books out there describe the process of fabricating those parts. edit: err, shoulda read the question a bit better i have a few books that have specs for the pieces you want... if no one has posted them before me, ill do so.
