Scrolling through YouTube tonight after work I found this from 1950 called "Motor Patrol" from 1950. It sounded like a cop movie with motorcycles, but I thought it might have some old cars in it as well. It's a movie about a car dealership that accepts stolen cars. It's your typical crime movie that's got hit and run; murder, a stolen car ring, and the secretary is in on the whole thing too. Unfortunately, no hot rods in this one but a lot of old cars. It also has this neat old wreaker that looks to be an old White or Mack with an interesting cab. Check in out!
The movie poster is pretty great. YouTube has a lot of those low budget 1950s movies that are so bad they're good.
Well, usually it probably is, but the back of the cab just doesn't look like any Dodge I've seen. But a mid 30s big Dodge truck could have a cab like that...
Youtube also has colourized street video from the 30’s and so on…pretty cool just to see all the old cars used as intended..
