Ok this thread is a mess, I went thru and deleted a bunch of modern bikes and I am sure I missed some too. the year cut off is 1965...... with that said there should be no shovel head harleys right???
My oldest brother (and best friend) on his then-brand-new '57 Sportster. That was one quick bike! Sure miss him!
hey ki, 4 race bikes. all 4 were the same, flat track no brakes 500 triumphs. 1 was 1963 2 were 66 and the fourth 67 i will send you the picture and you tell me which one is the 63. and by the way .. you do know what year the shovel head came out rite? lol too funny
HRP ,my current HD project is a mess of years . its titled a 1950 but the right case is a 58 Panhead , left case is a alternator Shovelhead , top end is Shovelhead with a Evo grind cam. Frame is a 1956 with plans to run a modern springer . Early to mid 90's nine spoke HD wheels. I blew the budget on a Morris magneto. So this maybe deleted which is ok .
Looks like the neckless had a "bobble" on it, photoshopped off? Still have it in your collection? I think we have a conspiracy!
I think he cut the head off another picture and added it to that one . That's how my Mom would patch in wallpaper so the patterns would match up . Cut at angles to fool the eye . Just messing with you Ron . I enjoy your stories and photos
