Progress has been slow thanks to work, but I'm in the home stretch getting the Edsel's old FE freshened up. It's getting rebuilt heads (thanks Beep!) and a Rochester 3x2 setup, along with a bunch of little fixes and repairs. Things have been moving right along, but I need some advice on a few things. I'm converting from the stock road draft tube to PCV since the new manifold is already set up for it. I just run a rubber hose from mani to center carb base with a PCV valve spliced in right? Is the stock breather oil cap going to work or do I need some sort of vent in the valve cover? What fuel pressure do Rochesters need? Are they fine with the stock FE pump or should I add a pressure regulator? I need to bend a new fuel line to the carbs. What tools do I need? You just bend it up out of brake line material? I was planning on just running banjo fittings with a single steel line in the more or less stock position to the end carb. I picked up a newly rebuilt set of Rochesters off the auction site that somebody converted with Speedway's kit and let sit for a year before selling. Never had gas in them. They were jetted for a mild SBC, so I'm guessing they are "good to go" for a stock high-comp 361. Should I just slap all three on and cross my fingers or is it considered wise to get it running right on 1 then add the other 2? Sorry for no pics, I left the camera at work but I'll post some tomorrow
