Moving OLD dry rotted window rubber

Anyone have any tricks? I have searched and know this had to have been covered at some point but it shows zero results.
I have an old 47 Ford COE and all windows have been removed but the old rubber gaskets are still frozen in place. Hard as the glass that was in there. Need to remove them without damaging the frame. Ideas fellas??
