Moving OLD dry rotted window rubber

Anyone have any tricks? I have searched and know this had to have been covered at some point but it shows zero results.
I have an old 47 Ford COE and all windows have been removed but the old rubber gaskets are still frozen in place. Hard as the gl*** that was in there. Need to remove them without damaging the frame. Ideas fellas??
