freaking good show.. been a long time coming to this area and about time. bloodshot bill the one man band was killer, overall good tunes and good times. just got back from a post party one of the club members threw and figured i would post the pics. good turnout that filled the lot with greasers, bettys, hotrods and bobbers. saw some familiar faces and food wasnt bad either. phone held 19 pics..so thats what ya get,, but i saw a few cameras goin off so hopefully we get a few more here. otherwise i am sure they will be posted on the lucky bastards site soon enough..

I'd say that show was a success. Congrats to the lucky Bastards. Sounds like the show and the after party was a good time............slim

  4. Great show!!! Good to see so many hambers in one place. I would guess about a hundred cars showed up and about 30 bikes. I can see this show becoming a "must do" for a long time to come.

  5. I second that!! The show was great, can't wait till next year!

It was a good time- good show. It was also good to meet a lot of new people. Nice job by the Lucky Bastards for putting it all together. Hopefully I can get some pictures up here soon.

I had a blast, it's about damned time we had events like this in our area...I just hope we have as good of a turnout and as good of people at the THRA events next year...I can't wait until the show again next year, and the after party was pretty fun, even if I was too tired to enjoy myself...thanks to Jake and his wife for letting me crash on their nice comfy leather chair for an hour, and thanks to all the Lucky Bastards for making this possible...I gotta say, this was hands down the most fun I've had at a car show, especially watching Bloodshot Bill and all the other bands kick some ass in the bowling alley...only 364 more days to go...hahaha

There were a lot of great cars there..I'll let you all know when our high school has it's annual car show..the kids would be blown away if some of you guys brought your machines.

  16. Thanks for posting the pictures! I see my friend John was there with his 59 El Camino (I sure like that car) we grew up together, he's still there & I'm out here in the desert on slow broil. When I see something like that gathering you guys had I admit it is enough to make a guy miss Minnesota a little bit! :D Gary 4T950 Chevy Guy

Yeah, I just got back a few hours ago. I AM BEAT, but man it was worth it! We left Fargo about 10pm Friday nite, crashed at the hotel around 2 and up by 8 to git to the show. Show was excellent, renewed some friend memberships and gained some great new ones. Lucky Bastards put on one hell of a show and got a damned good turn out because of it. Jakes party afterwards was killer, I was tryin to hit on the punk blonde waitress with no success, left their place at 2:30 and was up again at 6 to go to Brainerd for the NHRA Nationals. I'm running on 9.5 hours of sleep since Friday morning, hundreds of miles accompanied by hundreds of smiles. Great job guys. I'm going to bed.......

I probably bumped into you at Jake's place, which one were you?...I was the idiot with the Texaco hat passed out on the leather chair...good to see you guys making it down for these events, gives no excuses for the locals not to come out and have some fun...hope to see you and the other Suedes more often, and keep some of us MN guys posted if you got events going on in your area so we can return the favor (that is if you actually want us assholes in your state, hahaha)

Great show and had a good time, despite my Dad's alternater bracket breaking. Made the 75 mile trip home with no problem, my Flathead powered roadster never missed a beat. Thanks to everyone who helped out for a jerry-rigged repair on my Dads '33 Cabriolet.

i am still pretty excited about this show,, to me it was about the opportunity to run into some people again and try to the remember the names of new faces and shoot the perverbial car shit. missed a few faces of some of you, was really hoping to run into more hamb'rs but the turnout was was good. this is right up our alley, no bullshit, just good times. i can just brag up the good time i had and make ya'all feel bad so you are there next year...HAHA

Yea, i had a great time. Im sorry i missed the After party. I worked Thursday Night, 11pm-7am friday, didnt sleep at all getting the car and truck ready, slept about an hour at Wowcars shop, and left fargo at about 10PM CST. Got to plymouth about 1:30 or 2, slept till 8 and went on for the day saturday.

6 or so hours of sleep in 60+ hours isnt enough to keep me standing.

The bands rocked, Dylans band sounded great.

ill get my pics up in a minute here.
