I was hoping that Ol' Boney would have made it to the Pileup...

4. Mr. Bones and I are in counceling right now...

He got the shit scared out of him when he went down the track strapped to the grille shell of the BFD at 125mph...

And right now I'm just looking to pawn his ass off on someone...
Sam.

5. Look foreward to seeing Mr Bones at the Lone Star Roundup! [IMG]

Hope he wanders around the south a bit and then the East coast! [IMG]

Missed the press releases of him at different events. [IMG]

Maybe Magnet could adopt him for a while...! [IMG]

Well Sam, I should be going down there in a few weeks. He can come up here and get some fresh air. It's mostly tourist and retired peolpe so he'll fit right in. Well for the first day, then he'll probably ransack a old folks mobile home park and take all the granny panties to Shasta Dam and make a bungee cord from them to try to jump to the base. The guards there won't know if they should shoot him or take bets on the elastic waistbands will last.

Look closer through the passenger side window of the Atch machine.

1) You can see Outlaws car in that picure
2) Who is the goof-ball wearing the helmet?

I chased Mr bones from B'Ville to Joplin and I don't think he ever met the Lizard.

[IMG] That photo is funny! I hadn't seen that one before. [IMG]

Little did Atch know but Mr Bones was my secret weapon! He distracted Atch at the lights which gave me and Big Olds a huge head start. [IMG]

I sure do miss my little cruzn buddy.

Just to update, Mr Bones can not travel via the mail so if any of you guys want Mr Bones to visit over the pond, he'll need to be taken there by someone. Maybe when Carps comes next summer he can hook up with Mr Bones and take him back with him.

Hey Carps. Is Tex Smith heading down your way this winter?
Maybe we could persuade him to give 'ol Mr. Bones a lift.

Joe, too late Tex is already down there. Maybe Sam could mail him down when they get done with counseling. I wonder if it was the jail cell that gave him the complex or maybe the railing above the canyon.

Nope. He's been here all summer tho. I believe he goes home to the US for winter.

He is in California enjoying the sunshine, warm temps, wild women, and beer and has been since the HAMB DRAGS! [IMG]

24. I actually handed him off to a HAMB'er at the Drags down in Bake-o... and have not heard from him since.

The guy who I handed him to's name escapes me... but he said he was going to hand him off to Don Dillard for the Ego-Rama... but then Don said he never got him...

Mr. Boones went for a ride on the BFD, pee'd his pants, and then this guy asked me where he was... I said right here"!" and he said "I'm gonna take him to DRD57"... and that's the last I saw of him.

Weird.

Sam.

man I did not pee my pants... Mr Bones maybe but not me...

Its is shame that Mr Bones has decided not to show up from time to time.. We really need to get him to a good family hat will allow him to use their computer so he can keep up to date on what he is doing....

I'm disappointed.
I HOPED that Mr Bones would have become an excuse for whichever HAMBer had him to post pictures from their area of the country and let the other HAMBers in on the goings on in some other place they weren't familiar with, or would never get to see otherwise.
Car meets, scenic locations, groups of HAMBers, Hot Rods, Secret boneyards etc...

He needs to become an ICON of the HAMB's diverse membership.
A symbol that helps bond us together...despite our worldly location.

USE him guys and gals! DON'T just toy with him! Show us YOUR world thru Mr Bones eyes.
Use your imaginations! Bolt him to a streamliner for a 300mph pass at Bonneville or get one of your Top Fuel buds to take him on a full pass, theres SO much that could be done with him and documented in pictures!

I really think thats what JYD had in mind when he came up with the idea for this scrawny world traveler. It's a fantastic idea that's being wasted for the most part.
EXPLOIT the little bugger! LoL

Denise took him for a half track smokey burnout at the HAMB Drags if that counts.

Gotta find his scrawny ass first. The dash duck was kinda hoping to meet him at the salt but at the time we didn't know he was riding around in Big Olds parked right next to us. Maybe when he shows up we can talk CWORD into letting him hitch a ride for his N-49 licensing run this year. Since he's still in California somewhere, maybe he'll show up at the March Meet or Paso... Or at least show us northerners a HotRod or 2 without snow on 'em...
