First timer here hopefully you guys can help me out on this one. I have a 56 f-100 that was restored and streetrodded in the early eighties. My problem is my master cylinder started leaking out of the weep hole in the bottom so it needs to get rebuilt or replaced. I ran my numbers off from the bottom of the master cylinder on the internet and looked for a replacement but I cannot find any matches. I do not know what year of car or truck the master cylinder is out of but I would guess something from the seventies or later because most of the parts were done the old fashioned street rodding way of getting them from a junk yard. I am also going to say the brake booster was put in at the same time so it is the same application as the master cylinder? Just guessing, I was maybe 14 years old at this stage of building the truck so i don't remember what it came out of. The master cylinder is a Bendix and the numbers on the bottom are 2445871 a 1906. The front end is a AMC Pacer and works great. We'll start with that and see what you guy's can come up with. Thanks, Dan
