No pics, but I had a 37 Cord 810 with a 49 Lincoln nose grafted on it. It had an Olds Rocket with an Offy 6 Stromberg intake on it. I did find a pic of the car not long ago, but I never took pics of the carb set up.

Since this is a multi carb thread, I have a multi carb question? I think it was Hot Rod had an article where some one built a custom intake. I think it was for a big block Mopar. They essentially took tubing and welded a flange on it so it was angling across the engine, when it got high enough to clear the valve covers they bent it across the opposing head, and welded a flange on it for a side draft. They did that for each cylinder, crisscrossing, like a cross ram. I would think they would have been Weber's? But, I'm thinking they were cycle carbs, like Dellorto's? Anyone remember the article or project, or have the specifics. A 45 year old memory in a 67 year old brain, and things can get a little mushy, Joe.

  16. I have been trying to piece together a early vette dual quad set, but scored this complete setup at a swap meet for a super price. Going to be going on my 33 pickup
