COE My 1946 chev coe build thread

Thought I would write up a thead for my build. l picked up a 1946 (I think) chev coe 4 weeks ago so far I have stripped it down check it over for rust front guards are the worst so I stated repairs very time consuming job as I had to make up a big part of the botoms of the guards where it joins the step side as it was rusted away next step will be the panel beating the Bonnet and sides and then a roof chop of 4inches

 

I'm guessing that guards are fenders? Bonnet is the hood? Would love to see pictures of your build.
