I posted an intro a while back with my Chevy truck. I have not done much to it but since I am pimping a carb on the classifieds I thought it would be proper to give at least a little to main forum. The truck came to me via another Hamb member and was really clean when I got it. Two inch lowering springs where installed in the rear just after this shot was taken. While I like to do most of the stuff on my motorcycles I don't have a lift and didn't want to mess with the springs so I paid my local shop to do it. The motor is a 350 with a turbo transmission. I collected a couple of cast bits to play dress up. Once the water pump crapped out I figured it was time to spruce things up a bit. Here is how it looked: I pulled a buch of stuff off and got busy with the gunk and rattle cans: I put some cal custom valve covers and some ebay cast air cleaner on as well as the usual belts, hoses, etc..... I am pleased with how it turned out. The bonus is I fixed a vacuum leak and now the quadrajet works perfect so I didn't need to Edelbrock I was going to put on it. Final photos: Well, you get the idea. Nothing earth shattering by any means. I plan on doing the interior next. Here is a shot with my panhead and sportster: Jakemon
Looks nice. I'd like to get a truck like this someday. How about some pictures of the front? Jalopy Joker, whats wrong with the size of the pictures? They look good to me.
Couple more of the truck: Here are a couple of the sporty: The panhead is not done yet so no more photos yet. Thanks guys, Jakemon
