Thought I would share my 27 sedan I have been slowly building right now it has a big block mopar with a t56 Ford 9inch . I'll be pulling the big block and t56 out and be going with a carborated ls motor back with a 4l60e
I like how yours is sitting. I have a '27 Tudor as well. Mine is channelled but not as much as yours. Mine is unchopped. Did you just install roof to wood or weld it ?
The car is channeled 3 inches. I had the roof do e in all steel their is no wood in it we pre bent steel fo have a slight bow in the roof for saport
Thanks Mine is not a woody either. My plan was to bend tubing around the perimeter of the inside of the roof, weld, figure out roof (ribbed or ?) weld some more . Get some sparks down my pants legs , shake my boot around dosey doe and weld some more.
Not trying to be negative, more of a safety thing. Looking at the last photo, your rear mounts on the radius rods concerns me. Look up scrub line and I'll let you be the judge. Good luck on a neat looking T.
Like your work.....mine is still under construction after a couple of years now. I left mine as a tall T and z'd the 2x3 frame down to get the low look. I wanted to go for the late 40's look and use a stock front axle and banjo rear. I've had it on the road but I need to get it titled. Right now I have the body off and doing metal work on it.
