thank you guys! I'm trying real hard. I've also been working on a 27 model T roadster pickup and that is working out good too. I try to get a video up here on it.

hi everyone, giving myself a bump, I'm not doing to much with the 34 because I've been side track with another Model T built. ( 1927 rpu ) and doing lots of dragging with it!!! I did commission a full floor plan with rockers that was finish this past May. We took a long weekend to go pick them up in North Carolina. Now it's here and the body is sitting on it but not mock up yet. So thing are still moving and hopefully I'll get some more time on it soon.

I do own ever body an update. I'm still picking at the coupe. But first, I end up going half's with a friend (Bob Nulman)on a rail job that end up having a TON of local history! We installed the engine and Trans from the 34 into the rail job and went Draging. I finally got to use that Flathead and Cad/ lasalle and it felt real real good. It went 8.8 at 74 mph in the 1/8 mile. Don't worry it will be going back in the 34 at some point. 2nd here is a pic of some new parts I found this past year. Thank you for the bump and the nice posted. Jared

also, The rail was built by Tom Dunn of Wrentham Mass in 1956 and ran it till 1961. this was his first dragster.

Putting the word out that I'm looking for any of the sheet metal part for around the rear window, trunk hinge mounts and in side the trunk area. thank you.

Maybe this photo will help you. I have a 34 five window...old race car with most of the interior cut out with a torch including the decklild hinge mounts. We had another 34 coupe to look at to find how the original hinge mounts were made. We made some up and welded 'em in place, This photo was taken lying on my back in the trunk, looking up.
Photo with black painted hinges came off net somewhere..I think it must be a photo of a fixed-window coupe or maybe even a cabriolet because it's different than mine at left.
Mine has roll-down back glass and we copied hinge mounts from a 5 window with roll down glass.
