Thanks to Neil,Chuck,Danny,Karl and so many others that hang here.Everything has turned out perfect.(and others too…you know who you are)
Excellent and Larry didn't even ask what size tires you're running. It's great to see something different sitting in the engine bay.
When I see a Car of this caliber Uncut, No channel, Shiny Paint...... Awe Man, it makes me warm inside!
Jeff, congratulations! Your car is a fine example of how a quality hot rod should be built, so it does not suprize me that it's getting the recognition it is. Very well deserved bud!! Tony
Thanks very much guys. A few more pics. Many plans to get out early next year and hit a lot of North East shows…..nice 1 day drives.(too and fro)…can't wait. All is working awesome and it runs like a ****d ape.
A beautiful final result Jeff. I think what disappoints me the most is that your build thread on the car that was here for a long time is now gone. Can you explain to us why that is ? We were enjoying the build and following along. I found it inspiring. At one point I started a thread about it http://www.jalopyjournal.com/forum/threads/help-finding-a-thread.980614/ http://www.jalopyjournal.com/forum/threads/d-a-d-32-coupe-build.503563/page-14 On a personal note, I waited patiently for you to get back to me by e-mail ( after you said that you would ) on the story of your chrome plating adventures and you never did. I still have been unable to locate a good chrome shop especially after the shop you used and recommended (Mayfair Plating in Toronto) said that they could not or would not do my parts. They said that they did not do that type of work. In any case, beautiful car and nice to see the end results. Larry.
AWESOME you just crossed one of the things on Hot Rodders bucket list .......getting your car in Hot Rod. It is well deserved coverage of an OUTSTANDING Hot Rod.
That thing is amazing! I don't know anything about blowers, but are you getting ready to lose the belt? Looks like it's walking off the front.
