I really like what your doing here, did you press the louver on the small side panels below the bed, they look to be 4-5 inches? NICE WORK and THANKS for posting!

Another shop made the hinges. It's a unique hot wire technique where they heat up a wire and slice the metal in the shape they want.

Louvers are 5 inches, those panels still have to be trimmed where they go behind the tires.

You can see here from a couple of different angles that the cab stretch is lookin good, I am extremely happy with it.

The engine sets nice but, the alternator needs to be repositioned to top center of the engine. Here you can see it stick out the side of the engine bay.

I didn't see anything wrong. Wondering what headlight switch you plan to use. I generally prefer headlight relays to limit how much amps are drawn through the switch. or maybe I just missed 'em on the plan.

Good observation, I'm using a GM style headlight switch. I'll look into it. Thank you!!!

Nice, I was going that route initially but, changed my mind after talking to Kerry. The overall stretch is 10 inches on mine with 6 inches in the door and 4 inches in the cab to keep it proportional to the original look.

The fan shroud is done. As I mentioned in an earlier post the fan has to be moved down and forward. Basically it will be centered in the hoop.

The grille emblem has been inlaid into the grille but, it's going to be flushed forward. Not sure I like how this worked out, can I get some feedback and comments?

In a previous post I mentioned the dash I'm using is out of a 1958 Impala. You can see the instrument cluster has been fabricated and welded in. The dash has been split and narrowed and if you are familiar with the Impala dash, it wraps around to the left & right sides. It has been split and the two ends will be boxed and will be mounted to the interior side of the doors so, when the doors are closed the dash will still wrap around. The glove box remains but, the ash tray and radio were cut out. It's comming together but there is a lot of massaging to do. Once the fitment is right the original steering column portion of the Impala dash will be grafted back in and the turn indicator and high beam indicator LED's will be mounted in the area above the column where the automatic gear indicator is.

Something about it doesnt look natural, right. Looks like a strange button. Your build is top notch in every other aspect.

I like the emblem but I think it would look better mounted flush instead of set back. My 2 cents.
