My 35 Chevy

Discussion in 'The Hokey Ass Message Board' started by 35Chev/320GMC, Nov 27, 2011.

  1. Hi guys, I dont post here much, but thought you might like to see a video of my 35 chev. I have had this car for 35 years, my Dad bought it off a guy who built it in the early fifty's. We have kept the the old jimmy but updated the rest of the drive line, it now has a m21 munce and a 8 3/4 cryco diff with 3.90 gears, I rebuilt the engine a few years ago with aries pistons, a crane reground cam, and had it balanced, it runs good.
When we first got the car it had a 1938 packard trans and a 41 chev diff along with the mechanical brake we drove it for years like that. In hidesight we should have left it like that, but shit happens.

  2. Clean old Chevy, and the 302 sounds pretty peppy. I dig it!
