I won't have any until I start working on them. I have to finish a TR6 and then start a '56 Meteor or my '32 5w. I could look perhaps; what exactly do you need? PM me as I need a few odds and ends as well.

Well all very little progress but still it's something. Got most of the unboltable parts off. All that's left is to swing the motor out and pull the body ,then of course get it up on the rotisserie. I've found a little more rust but overall not a bad car very easy fixs . The biggest problem is finding the missing eng parts starter, exhaust manifold, generator and brackets spark plug cover, master cly and rod. Not big problems but still need to find them

Nope both factory parts (they may be a bit worn ) the tire sizes are different from each other's lots of things could do this it has. Coil springs in all 4 corners and knee auction shocks to help! But both cars were never touched (modified) my red one was about the same height too if you look in my gallery

This is my red one it's a bit higher in this picture but the tires were huge! I'll look for a picture of it on the ground. And the nice frame is it's I put that in so you can see the suspension setup on it

Yeah I did see it there but figured it was damaged and that is why you were looking for one. I guess whoever told you that thought that intake was on one side and exhaust the other.

Yeah thanks winzy it seems like it's a great car nowhere near as much rust as my last one and in much easyer to repair spots! But for now I'm bideing my time my worker likes taking cars apart so he brakes them down I take inventory, then theres this 42 conv I just got but not sure what to do with it . It's supposed to be a rare movie car so if anyone is interested pm me here's a few pictures IMG9503441.jpg 01414_hIdHq3IdUvg_600x450.jpg 00L0L_e1n9R6dQNsO_600x450.jpg

Small update old motor is pulled and set aside , body is seperated . And lifted up (who needs a Lift) (oh yeah I do) got it high enough set the frame in the skates and slid it right out from under the body . The body will be going on my new (to me) rotisserie this will be my first time using one so I'm hoping it will be easyer then the old fashioned way . What do you guys think ?

You will love the rotisserie when you are using it. Between projects not so much. They take up a lot of space.
But it is also a great hanger for painting small parts when the body is back on the chassis.
Personally, I would not be without one.
I'm with you on the lift. Don't have enough overhead space to use one.
But have a gantry to lift the body off of the frame. It works, but just barely. As long as the frame is pretty much sitting on the floor. Not ideal, but it works.

Well car didn't sell after having 4 people saying the car was to rusty I decided to say screw it and weld it up. There is only 4-5 spots of rust on the car and there not even bad spots just little patchs. With the exception of one that's kinda big so I tacked it first and for not have been welding for about 3 years I say I did very good ,I pay myself on the back.
Here's so shots I'll look for one before the rust was cut out but. You can get the point IMAG0181_BURST001.jpg IMAG0217_BURST002.jpg IMAG0218_BURST001.jpg IMAG0219_BURST002.jpg IMAG0221_BURST010.jpg

Little update I've been welding a little taking out some rust I actually did like 6-8 patchs. I didn't take before pictures for some reason so use your imagination the last picture is of probably the worst spot on the car it wend 6-8" forward and 5-6" up plus wrapped underneath. Then around the back side into wheel well I think it looks good . I'm a perfectionist so I'm never happy I redid it 3 times I. Hate using mud

What do you guys think of my welding I'm a beginner or car welding I just got my welder set up with gas so these are my first welds with gas the rest was flux core on lawn mower parts and other*****. Be honest but if it's good tell me to keep me motivated. It's been a long while since I've been on here and touching the Buick I might actually fix it all the way if I keep going like I'm doing . Once the body is rust free I'll put it in storage and get the frame striped and powdered coated then install all the new parts .I have a newly rebuilt 248 l8 ,3 speed trans, rear, knee auction shocks ,and steering components so that will go. Very fast then I'll switch get the body blasted and under coated prime the top and set back on the newly redone frame. Then pick away at the insides after that .
