What up everyone. I'm new around these parts. I would like to show ya'll my new project. I recently bought a '50 Chevy Deluxe 4 dr. sedan. It has some serious potential. This car was stored for like 30 years and it really shows. I plan on lowering it and doing the body work over the next few weeks. I will post up pics along the way. It was originally Grecian Gray with gray interior. Not sure if I wanna keep it the original color or paint it Black with a candy flaked roof. Only time will tell. Any ideas u guys have for me post them up? I'm always open to suggestions and I wanna learn more all the time.
looks nice, good find, hope you wont have to do rockers and floors like i did. when I got it I said the same things and turned out as always to be a big project. But its fun!
The floors are not to bad. The metal on the body is in good condtion. No rot anywhere that I can see. I'm gonna get it striped down before I get too happy tho. I wanna make sure it's done right. I'm gonna take my sweet time. Thanx for dropping by, MS.
Things r coming along great. A lot of the body work is done and it should be in paint in a few weeks. I will post of some pics later of the progress. I'm getting excited now. Lots more work to do tho! Hopefully she will be ready to cruise very soon.
