Hey i have been currently working on the old girl. But when ever i get one thing done another thing has too not work. Soo here i am got new rear brakes in put together bleed back left,bleed back right,"try" to bleed front p***enger and their is no fluid coming out of the brake cylinder so i try too bleed the driver and it bleeds fine wtf? im at a loss their new cylinders my friends step dad put them on i also brake the rubber line loose put a new one on that was lying around gets brake fluid and pressure at the rubber line brake cylinder clogged? also i have one other problem too solve before driving the beauty the front driver side will completly lock up like too where u cant move with out using something too break it free and loosening the adjusters is that a drum thats out of round? i had it turning before but it would try too stop in a place about 3/4 around soo i guess thats the next thing on the block
You need to have all the brakes properly adjusted for proper shoe to drum gap, You need to ***ure you have proper pedal free play, be fore you begine to bleed the brakes. And--if you have an old, bad brake hose - it might be collapsing on the inside even tho it looks good on outside. This does not let the fluid flow back to the master cyl & locks the brake. Or, might prevent fluid from reaching that wheel cyl.
It takes a special brake tool to adjust these right and it's getting hard to find. It's made by AAmaco but i cant recall the part number. Try the P15D24 site; they should be able to tell you.
