Thanks for posting your amazing progress.
You've done some fantastic work here.

I recently picked up a '53 Chevy 1434, the Canadian version of the 3800 and all of your detailed posts are a true inspiration.

Feel free to check out my project.

Just read and admired your entire build tonight ! I realize you have been doing metal work for some time but you have a very creative mind and not scared by any obstacle when you get an inspiration. My sincere congratulations on building a super cool truck ! Just plain awesome !I really like the frontend/grille treatment ! Looks natural to me.Keep up the fabulous work and thank you for sharing this build !!

Does anyone know where I can get these chassis casters that attach to the frame so I can roll my projects around my shop?

We got lucky and just missed the tornado by a block. This is the view from my front porch. Amazing to see some people driving straight into a tornado.

As far as the frame casters go, I just fabricated a bracket that bolts to the frame and slid in some scaffold casters. Real simple.

I see it's been a while since your last post on the 53 project. How's it going? I'm in the middle of my 54.

Absolutely beautiful! I did have a question I was hoping you could answer. You have the spare tire mount in the first photo and I was wondering if you happen to recall the distance from the bed side to the mount? Working at fabricating one.

Any help would be very appreciated!!
