Thanks JeffB2 for directing me to the group! My car started off as a 4 door 53 Customline with a running and driving flathead. Of course that didn't last long and the motor started blowing oil out of the fill tube and locked up so I decided to pull the motor while I was having the body work done. Ended up picking up a 2 door 53 in excellent shape that had been sitting in a barn and a complete 8ba motor. Now I'm in the process of rewiring the two door and converting it to 12 volt and putting the 8ba in it. I'm in the process of trying to load pics in my album right now.
