I plan on building a 50 ' s style kustom out of it ! Since I bought it I added Aerostar front springs and 3" blocks in the rear ! I also narrowed the grill 10 3/4" started Frenching the taillights with the Moon 52-54 french kit but am running 50 Pontiac lights in them (pic was when I mocked them up )also shaved the trunk and emblems off the fenders and the gravel guards . I also picked up a set of 53 ford he alight rings I'm going to French ! Also plan on running 46 lincoln style door buttons merc side spears and eventually running a late model drive train in it ( currently 223 with 3 speed with overdrive ) still in the air about chopping the top yet !! There is a pic of when I got it !!

I have my grandfathers 54 Mainline. He got it new. That was the first year for the Y-block and was a 239. The 239 engines were made in two different factories and used different parts. He had a neighbor about 2 miles away with another 54 and it had the other engine. I bought it for parts for mine.

The '52 -'54 Fords have really become desirable cars in the last 10 years. HRP

I really like the look of the rings , they're deeper than if you French the stock bezels ! They came out alright wish I would of done them a little different ( cut off the stock mounting flange for the tail lights and sliced and diced the quarter to move it around a little more ) but it came out alright needs a little filler
