I have not had time to work on my truck since metalmeet last oct 31 but here what I got done last week end on my custom made pickup box.

The chassis is prettymuch done, and the only metal work on the cab left is to fill the extra holes on the firewall.

I have a few day of furnituremaking to do now so it will be a week or two before I get back to the truck.

I bought the vintage air knee knocker air ( Mark 4 repo ) from Ed's twin city rod and custom.
The bracket to hold the pump onto the 300CI L6 Ford took me about 40 hours and three attempts to make. If you want me to make you a drawing let me know.
Between Metalmeet and the HAMB I gotten the courage to try something I would have never done three years ago.
The seams are filled on the cab, new floor boards, cowl patches, and cab corners are done.
The rear finders have been repaired, one in 2007 and again in 2008. The group at metalmeet decided I should learn restorer quality work instead of body shop style work so I cut out the 2007 repairs and redid them ( I'm glad I did).
I also have highly modified the front valance and 55 Ford F100 grill, The hood has five rows of louvers in it, and after the box only the front fenders need to be seam filled.

And yes I will post more pictures as I get things done, I have to take car of the paying customers first.

    and thanks for the encouragement
