I have no idea how to post a decent size picture of my stuff as this is the first time I've tried. We'll give it a shot and maybe learn on the way....This is a rough photoshop image of the direction I want to go for the final design of my project. The colors may well change but the truck is in it's near final stages of complete. Much detail work lies ahead. I am working on the interior area at this time.
Hoooo...bad***! I realize its photoshop, but are you gonna dip the rear fender between the rear wheels?
Thought about the fender deal a hundred times. Tried the look during fab and opted to go the way they are. Fenders are finished so there's no turning back. I have a million build pictures. If I can figure out how to post them I will.
m56, sign up at photobucket.com and post your pics there. Just copy and past the web address of your album here and we can go look at it there.....here is one I have. http://s1356.photobucket.com/user/b...a?page=1&_suid=136422842459507439120421445624
For the time being, the easiest way to see a rough overview of the build is a visit to my website. This certainly isn't all the photos of the build, but it gives a good idea of what's been done so far with the project. http://www.macikspaintinplace.com/Sitepages/1956FordCOE/1956FordCOEMain.html
that will work. You did a nice job on the cab. I like that your rear doors are suicide like the ones I did on mine. Are both rear axles drive axles?
Naw, I chickened out on the drive axles. The rear is a tag but has air bags. I figured that I can take the presssure off the drivers and do some smoky burnouts. I'll never grow up.
Man I found your project page ages ago and the guy I'm buying my Coe from and I both are in total awe of your project. I too plan to crew mine out and have a lot if not all the sheet metal stashed to get it done. Very glad to see you in the group. I will very likely be asking you some questions.
Great work Dennis, I spent the better part of an hour reviewing your website and all I can say is WOW! When it comes to fabrication and paint skills you and your team have really got your ducks in a row. Now lets see: If I was 25 years younger, and you moved to Gods country (upstate South Carolina) I would be banging your door down for a job. Keep up the the attention to detail and keep us posted on your progress. Fasttoys
