Thanks Erick, been a long road can't wait to see some paint on it. I got the jambs done this weekend. I am painting it a satin burgandy first satin finish on a car for me. I have had lots of shiny paint jobs on cars. I am going to drive the **** out of this one so I wont worry about it getting scratched or messed up. I have done many clear and re clears then sand and buff jobs. After all that work and you get a ding or scrach you want to kill someone.

I still have the car and slowly working on it. Found some rust in the trunk so I replaced the trunk pan. I am trying to save up some cash for the paint. As you all know life sometimes gets in the way of things. I will take some pics of it when she is painted. I was going to do a flat color, but Brad Masterson talked me in to doing it a shiny finish. So I will do it in a light kahki brown. Once its painted I am going to get it down to Brads shop he is going to do some scallops. Might not be 100% straight but this will be a daily driver with 2 small kids around it all the time so chips and scratchs are bound to happen.

I know the feeling, been at a standstill with mine ( newborn) but i did take it to a show last weekend, voodoo Larry was nice enough to look at my car and give me some tips ( didn't even make fun of my junk welds), that gave me a spark to get on it again..... now to find time.

Outstanding work. That thing looks awesome. I've got a movie with Brad in it, he does amazing work. I've got a 50 Styleline I'm working on and reading your thread is making me want to get it done even faster. Great job!

Thanks all it was a long haul but worth it. 1 kool mofo. Your ride is so nice looking yes please get another ride thats chopped your ride is just to nice to chop. Lucky13 thank you Brad is bad *** if it wasnt for him my ride would not look this good. I owe alot to him for helping me threw the chop. He is a stand up guy and we need him in our industry so the true kustom craft is not lost. I tryed to do it just like the kids would of done it in the 50's except for a mig welder and mud. Once again THANKS SO MUCH BRAD MASTERSON FOR HELPING ME THREW THE CHOP.
