wow, I'm jealous. I bought a brush, paint and some gl*** and started practicing. I got halfway decent at pulling straight lines and doing turns and stuff... but for the life of me I can't think of cool designs to paint, haha

Looks great. Got any tips on what you did to pick up on it so quickly?

Use your pinkys to steady yourself I like to try to keep my elbow on my body it stedies me up but everyone dose it different. Thinning the paint dose a great deal trial and error my man. Also I never used grids I think they'll handicap you. Your probably better of learning without I just use a center line. Some people dont even use that. Go watch other strippers and pick up tricks on glossy paint if you make a small mistake you can use an eraser to push the paint back. Thats what I do if I over extend a line a bit. Designs are kind of about flow trying to not be to busy and symetry is important. I dont think theres a way to teach that either you can or you can't. One of my buddies tried and said it looks cool in his head but he cant get it come out of his hand. Practice Practice Practice .

I like it.. for a first attempt, it's pretty damn good. The only thing you'll want down the line is to get those line widths to vary, but that comes with practice. I dig it, I'd run it! :)

I've been doing some of the same over the past 6 weeks or so. Some of my work I'm really proud of, some not so much. What are you using for that blue grid there? I'm just using graph paper behind the gl***.

I've been trying to get away from the gl***, but when I've tried other more 3-D objects it's been quite a challenge. Baby steps.

It's good therapy though. Very calming.

    Nice work there!

thanks alot guys!. im really enjoying myself. I practice about an hour everyday. Its really addicting. The blue lines are 3M 1/8" fine line tape
i layed out in a 1 x 1 grid. I dont think im gonna use the gl*** much more.
I want to get away from using the grid lines. Dont want to become dependent on them.
    thanks again for the compliments
