Hot Rods My autocross adventure NOT O/T

That looks like a blast! Love the whine of the blower, the squeal of the tires and the bark of the motor. A hot rod for sure!

 

How did your lap times compare to other cars?

 

The fastest time of the day was a mid 28 second run My best time was a 31 but I knocked a cone down (add 2 seconds) I was easily giving 2 seconds up at the end of the first lot where it entered into the second lot there was a big median there I was afraid of sliding into so I really went slow thru there (Beating a tuner car at their game wasnt worth wrecking my truck over) and in the 2 really tight hairpins probably a second or 2 there aswell just because I couldnt turn the steering wheel fast enough.
With a quicker steering box I would have been running with the fastest cars I think or very close to it.

 

Do it again! A faster box and a suicide knob should get ya with the "big boys". Woo-hoo! Looks like great fun!

 

That something you don't see everyday! haha. Awesome truck and great driving! I think I saw one of the cones shut its' eyes though, haha.
