Projects My AV8 Build

This is my AV8 build to date. 1951 8BA w/C-4 Trans. I used the Speedway C-4 to Flathead kit. 1928-30 frame built by a buddy who has a shop in Ontario, Ca. "Cl***ic Street Rod MFG.", 9" rear end.

The pics are a bit skewed because I can't see straight enough. Actually, I was aiming the camera without looking.

I found the sweet spot for my motor mounts and transmission mount. The motor is level in the bubble front to rear and side to side. Once I get the driveline on and everything is still level, I can tear it all down and get the frame in for powder coating.

It will be a 1927 Coupe. The one in my avatar.

 

I'll be selling this radiator shell that is on here now. I need to find the right one to fit my radiator.
