Looks like I'll regret not being there for the next year, at least. Start planning next year, NOW!!! Frank
Apologies for that car getting in. I was working the gate and registration tent and let it in. He should have showed the car with the hood shut. Didn't realize it was a "restomod" at the time. Things were hectic. Later I got to walk by it in the field and saw it with the hood up and seen the LS2 in it. Realized I knew the car, but hadn't recognized it. Definitely not traditional underneath. It also has c4 suspension/brakes under it. That's how Corvettes are you know. They all look alike. They "tolerate" me at work because I always say those cars would look better as a g***er. I work at a Corvette shop and build those cars. Not that particular car, but LS2/7 engines, c4/c5 ch***is, blah, blah, blah. Not defending the car, but on planet Tupperware, it is worth the time and money. Awesome driving cars when done that way, and worth $100k to $150k. On our planet, with that change, you can build a really kool car and have money to take a year off and drive it to all the traditional shows around the country. Personally I would like to "g***er" a c1 corvette because, 1: I like those as old drag cars. 2: Because it would be kool. 3: It would piss off alot of Corvette wieners.
