WOW that's Orange

 

When the sun was out on Saturday it kind of hurt to look at it...

 

Great pics, the "orange flash" as we were calling it was the brightest friggin orange I have ever seen on a car

 

My girlfriend and I saw that car driving away from the show. She said "That thing looks like a construction cone!!!!"

 

Even the few pics I took of it to prove it existed crack me up, the glow is reflecting in everything. It radiated...

 

Dude I was just checking out your roadster.. man that is one good looking car so far..
Can't wait to see it ALIVE...

Thanx for the pix Merc...that's a nice variety, which is what the BTT50's is all about...I get so tired of seeing every shape/color/patina of '32 Fords and ratty square bodied cars in other pic threads...I KNEW there was other nice stuff up there...

That show has always had something for everybody.

I did notice the "rat rod" thing has taken a bit more hold now in MN. Last time I was out was in 04 or so and I never saw any of the air bagged chopped down A sedan cars out there except for the Gas Monkey stuff. There was not a ton of that stuff, but more than I had ever seen at BTT50's.

 

in my opinion , there has to be something wrong with someone who would paint their car that color.i remember the car when it used to be painted a dark green. it has a top insert that rolls back...she used to sit up on the roof and he would drive it standing up and they would cruise constantly around the fairgrounds. a desperate attempt for attention

 

Maybe the long winters finally got to them?

Quite a few times too. It was a pretty well built car. Lots of bucks in it. What a waste of machinery

I either lost a memory card or somehow the pics got deleted because I had more of that 32 and your red 40. I am missing several pics now that I look through my stuff.

 

That black '40 coupe with the red wheels and no caps is bitchin'!

 

Yeah, it was killer Brian.

He parks in an same area with a group of guys that always have some of the nicest rides at the show year after year.
