Hot Rods My Classic Tire…

    I bought a farm from a guy who owned it for 12 years and he knew the PO who was the original owner. He is sure this 35 Ford based hay wagon was never moved for at least 15 years before he bought it. I have owned it for 3 years so these tires are at least 30 years old and probably a lot more. They set outside in the sun for all those years. I had to cut the weeds away to get it out but when I did the tires were holding air and looked OK. A little bit checked but I have not put any air in them and have hauled the wagon around the perimeter of the farm hauling fencing material. I wish I could buy new tires that would last that long.
