My conversation envelope is always red....

Is this supposed to always be highlighted? I have searched through the messages to see if I had missed one, but if I did I cannot find it..Any help??

 

There has to be a message you haven't opened,,mine stayed on and I found the one I hadn't checked on the second page after getting in touch with a moderator. HRP

 

I think with the old site the PM feature would let you move messages to different folders for storage or to save Sent or Received messages seperately. I'm not sure if the new Conversation feature allows you to do this. But maybe there's an unread Conversation in a hidden folder somewhere that hasn't made itself obvious.

Or maybe try clearing your browser cache and cookies.
