Some of you met him. Corporate Pilot, aviation mechanic, taught me something about turning a wrench. Loved his airplanes, Thunderbirds and old cars, he owned a bunch of them. I'm going to miss that sob.

  10. Sorry to hear about your dad. Lost my old man in January so I feel what your going through. Always celebrate the life lived and remember you are your dad's legacy. I still laugh every day thinking about all the crazy **** the old man did. The memories will keep him with you.

From the pictures it looks like your dad had a pretty neat life. Looks like he got to do a lot of things that others will never get to. It's these things that say he was a one of a kind guy. I'm sorry for your loss. I will keep you and your family in my prayers.

My condolences. Unfortunately, I just lost my dad in February. The pain of that loss is all too fresh. So, I know exactly what you are going through. Hope you and your family cherish his memory (I'm sure you will).

I lost me dad, an old bomber pilot, about 5 years ago, I see your dad was a pilot. The one picture I'm sure was of him in a Piper Cub. Did he own the Cub? If so i"m jealous, I've wanted a Cub ever since I first rode in one. They are one of the most versatile planes ever built.

3 years 15 days ago here.

Still ****s but at least I've stopped picking up the phone to call him. I think he can hear me now without my having to call.

    My condolences.
