  1. That is awesome. What's the deal with Burns intake? Did they make mostly banger stuff?

    Looking good, Chris.
Don't forget to have a look at the throw-out bearing while you're in there. It's a shit when they go and you have to pull it all apart again, just a few short weeks after buttoning it all up. Go on...ask me how I know this!

Thanks for the advise Artiki. I installed the V8 tranny last winter and put a brand spanking new one on then...probably has 3,000 miles on it. But I'm gonna give everything a once over, as I really do not wanna have to jerk this thing back out :D

Got all he grease and grime cleaned off the old red firewall and waxed it, and have the engine double checked and ready to drop in tommarow morning :D I would have done it tonight, but fought a busted off pressure plate bolt that snapped when I was buttoning her up!

Got it in. It was kinnda a bitch to get the engine mated to the tranny with the stock A mounts...makes it really hard to wiggle it in to place. But it finally went. I started bolting some goodies up, need to make a fuel line and some other shit, but hope to have it running next weekend or so, depends on how long it takes to have my radiator repaired.
