Here is my new arrival all aluminum,2 1" cores. meant for a 55 chevy but the dimensions are perfect for me. a bit shorter then the flathead radiator. I like the position of the in/outlets and has a trans cooler as well. Ill reuse the electric fan
Ill get a 55 chevy goose neck which will point straight at the inlet

Couldn't relax tonight so I built a support for the existing fan to the new radiator. Fit is snug, but a little whittling and it will fit perfect:cool:

sweet looking radiator... looks like there's another addition to my "want list"

I like that it doesn't stick up as far as a stock one.

I love long weekends! I was able to get the radiator mounted. test ran with water then added some prestone. I also wired in a switch and relay to control the electric fan. Hope everyone had a happy and safe New Year! now for some football:)

Scott, Happy New Year to you and your family !

Spent the day repairing the walkin doorto my garage. The tweakers busted the bolt - then couldn't in the door ! They got in by busting one of the other locks. Insurance Co won't cover the $1000 plus of car parts that were stolen. On the other hand they will cover the cost of replacing my ATC . . . I only use it to push/tow other vehicles around the yard. A coworker has an identicle ATC I may get. It is a 200 CC to my 125 CC ATC.

Happy New Year ! Hope you have a Great 2012 !

Took my Maiden voyage across town to pick up my kid at school. I think I got all the leaks covered. Ran about 180* the whole way in traffic. My Daughter loves it. She was always mad that I sold the model A. So now we have another hot rod:D:D
notice how I repaired the rust spot on the lower driver side fender:rolleyes:

Scott, Congrats on your maiden drive. You and your daughter look like you were enjoying the ride.
Don't know if I told you. On the 14th (yah "Happy Freakin New Year") the twekers were back. They kicked two hole in the rear wall of the garage. The first was smaller and they found out they could not get in. They moved over two stud cavities and came out right by my work bench. A neighbor on the next street over saw them and called the police at about 10:30 PM. Of course they took their sweet time getting to my house. They showed up around 11:30 PM. Not sure, but figure they got several boxes of swap meet material. Oh happy day.

May you have a dripless driveway my son....

Dave, sorry to hear about the tweaker action in your garage. I have 3 cops within 7 houses of mine. One, a retired Portland narc grew up in LA and drag raced SoCal strips in the late 50's. Whenever a cool car visits my place, he isn't far behind.

My only theft loss in the past 25 years was 10 years ago. A 1920's gas pump from in front of my garage. I heard the thieves and chased them around the twisty backroads (that I know well) for 20 minutes until they missed a 15mph turn and crashed down a 20ft embankment. I drove a mile down the road and called the Sheriff. They showed up with dogs and caught the thieves hiding in the woods. District Attorney asked me if I needed a job! Bad guys are still paying res***ution.

Mark, Thanks for the kind thoughts. I am getting more and more frustrated. Now that they can't get in the garage they are messing with the cars in my pen. Nothing like having to pick up aftere these F'n . . . Tweakers !

    Dave  :(

Just an update, Been working on the rear fenders.I pulled the wheel opening up about 1-3/4 inches and bobbed the fenders the drivers side fender isn't cooperating as much. Must be the metal:rolleyes: Could not get a good"circuit". It seemed like I wasn't getting gas, So I grabbed some tubing to make sure, got perfect beads. Who knows. That one may see a little Margl***. :)
I was bidding on some front runner cragars onE**Y had them won until there was 1 second left and got sniped. there must have been 2 of them cuz the price went from 100 to 200 in one second:mad:
    For comparison

Didn't have any aluminum slots of the right angle in the archives but I did have these Cragars. I think they go pretty well with your color ideas.
