Art & Inspiration My favorite Door Lettering Yet!

I'am a self employed as a Independent Rep for 15 different Farm Equipment Manufactures and travel about 60-70% of the time. From California to North Dakota to Kansas, From Canada to Italy to Germany. This week I spent the night at a Motel in Wyoming is a out of the way place do to I-25 and I-80 being closed due to winter storms. In the lobby of this motel they had this door which looked like it came from a Model TT truck. I think this is my favorite!

Actually looks like a stage coach door to me....

 

That was my first thought too.
Looks like a nice piece of history.

 

I told them I would like to buy but was a no go!

 

My firs thought was stage coach But if you look at the top curve I thought a stage would have a flatter top. Gota be a truck. The owner who was working the desk said it came from an old truck.

 

Computer sez 273 miles. That would have been a bumpy, rough 273 miles., none of that foo-foo A/C or any of that stuff.
