    I check out that EZ cool website,looks like its a good solution for the insulation issues.

    I'm leaning toward burgandy/maroon and off white.

    This looks pretty darn nice.....

    1/8" Pvc board..waterproof, will hold a upholstery staple.. available at most sign supply shops

    1/8 inch Lauan.

    It's what the pros use, good enough for me.

    If 1/8 isn't available 5 mil will do, it's a tad thicker.

    Available at Lowe's or Home Depot.

    That's what I used for the panels on my "Suede Swede" - worked like a champ !
    I like your headliner pattern - good idea . I'm glad I didn't chop mine . I could just order-up my headliner & slap it in . Well it wasn't THAT easy , LOL !!

    How did you attach your door panels? Screws? Clips? What about the other panels?
