    Rusty,
    Is that the same car from post #24?
    Really nice!!!!!
    I'm thinking it's not, as you said that one was a '38.

    black coupe pics are same car, red oxide coupe was a 38...here's another 38 I had...

    If you ever come across one that is rotted out at the bottom but has a decent roof and door tops, let me know. I wan to use the "B" pillar to slant the ones on my 2 dr. sedan.

    A 1937 Chev coupe is probably the most desirable body style of all the pre 1955 Chevrolet cars! They get big premiums over almost all others. If I could have found a 1937 Chev coupe before I found my '39 Chev coupe, that's what I would have built.

    The car does appear to be chopped maybe 2.5"-3" and maybe the grille is slanted, but not positive. The headlights were removed from beside the grille, and fitted into the front fenders like a late 30's Ford. Can't tell what else has been done from the one small image.
