My First Project 1955 Chevy 210

Kinda what i was thinking just have to figure what i need to do to get it fixed up.

 

I have been driving it like it is. It will stay that way besides putting life back into the engine. For now I just need to make her road worthy and hopefully make it to the billetproof show in giddings,tx

 

What is that supposed to mean. And by short drives if you look at the pic of the car driving down that dirt road that is right in front of my fathers house(where the car resides for now)Im not stupid and taking this thing down the highway to get to the dirt roads. I can sit out there all day and maybe see two farm trucks drive by. The brakes will be fixed when i can get up there and get it down here.

Welcome back from Iraq. Glad ya didn't get your ass shot off over there, thanx for serving. Next month I go to see my oldest graduate from basic training at Ft Sill, OK. Just a thought - how about a 4 speed with a deep 1st gear behind the 6? Super T10s have a 2.88 1st gear I believe. That way you can have a Hurst shifter growing out of the floor, too.

 

good luck on the 55. I had to go look in my garage to make sure some one did'nt sell you mine. Looks like we both have the same car. Your right about driving the 55 its a blast. enjoy your ride.
