Not a kit, I bought the rings from speedway, then cut about an inch off the back, the picture shows one cut and the other marked, then shaped the rings with a grinder to fit to the fenders. I mounted the headlights from behind rather then the front, I used nylon spacers (see picture) longer screws and new clips.

Well I sold this car today, it was a fun project and came a long way, wish I could have seen it in paint, but came across a deal that I could not pass up. So I will probably start a new thread on this 1958 2 door chevy yeoman wagon.

Got it! And I immediately wet sanded and buffed. Now it needs new wheels and a altitude adjustment.

 

It's amazing what a bit of nice weather can do. I'm digging on it.

 

That gas that runs after you let go of the trigger is called post flow and your supposed to leave the tip on your weld until its stops to protect the weld until it cools.

 

^^^^ FYI thats not what I was talking about. The welder was broke and ran the gas for more than several seconds.

Anyways updated pictures of the wagon if anyone is even looking at this.

 

Of course people are looking at this. Love the stance of your wagon, it just looks right.
