my gmc project

got started on this site from a link my friend gave me about an s-10 frame swap for a chevy/gmc truck. Iv been kinda cruzin around the site ever since and have seen some sweet things and descided to join. Thought id post some pictures of the truck too

Chevys are just to common around here, i havent been to a car show yet where iv seen a GMC truck. Its gona be a one of a kind, every day, beater truck!

 

Cant compare GMCs to Chevys, duh, whats wrong with wanting an original ride? I think its tits.

 

Everyone is being differently the same. Build a Chevy Advance design, then it can be easy resold. Build a GMC, and the resale is not there. Congrats on going with the GMC. Does the truck have a stock inliner GMC engine in it?

 

yes, the truck is pretty cherry really, not much metal to replace, with the stock inline 6, the guy i purchased the truck from said that it had ran a few years ago. Im going to put it on a 85 chevy s-10 frame to get modern suspension!
