  1. Just think of S****ple as containing everything from the pig but the oink! We have a tough time finding down here in Georgia, and when we do, buy as much as possible and freeze it.

It's not beef, chihuahua, it's pork and cornmeal and buckwheat flour. It's also gross-sort of like Amish haggis. But you can learn more here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/S****ple

Also, stuff like this was invented when people were so poor they had to eat every almost edible bit of food they could get. This was pushing the envelope, but given the economic times, you might try to learn to like it.

oh i like haggis. and WIn dixie used to have the s****ple,it was next to the sardines at one point in time, and i was thinking of tripe before. I wonder if they still make tripe after the mad cow scare?

  5. Scapple is good if you fry it until it's crispy. Sort of like a hash brown, but made of pork snouts and a-holes.

I wondered why this thread was still going on, it went from discussing old a-holes to pig's a-holes. Whats next?

Sadly, I stopped drinking Rolling Rock when Budweiser bought them out and moved the "gl*** lined tanks of old Latrobe" to Newark! I don't drink big beer company beer when they put local workers out of a job and I ain't drinking anything made with water from Newark. Now I drink Saranac, but if you want a good PA beer, try Yuengling or Troegs.

  9. AACA does have 2 cl***es for race cars. One for sports cars and the other just about everything else. There have been dragsters, altereds even Bruce Larson has his first flopper there one year for judging. Here's the drop dead solution....put a logical drag cl*** and number on the window! A/G 327 or 999 ST/R or 303 B/A.
It instantly becomes an AACA approved race car cl*** vehicle, and eligible to be in the swap meet area or car corral.

Man, does PA have alot of good things! York Peppermint Patties are my favorite candy! I'm feeling the sensation just thinking about it:D! I was in York acouple of weeks ago, picking up the roof for my wagon, and didn't realize it was the same York!

Speaking of candy, isn't there a town near there that's famous for candy and old car....nah, never mind:rolleyes:.

The Race Car Cl*** is the ONLY cl*** in AACA that requires the cars to be "DO***ENTED" otherwise there would be 12 Caruso OFFY Midgets, 24 Vic Edelbrock '32 Roadster Dry Lakes Cars. And EVERY Camero that still ran under its own power.

Parogies got it all, cheese, potato, kind of a chewy pie crust, onion, and the best is they are deep fried.

When you get a little more east from PA, you can get meat or saurkraut perogies.

And we don't just deep fry them. Pan fried in lard with onions, or bacon fat with onions.

Pierogies go good with s****ple. Maybe Hershey AACA could have a food stand with Billy May selling them out of a do***ented racing 68 Camaro.

I wonder what the Old Fart (remember him?) would think of that.

  24. Don't forget AJ Foyt- he blew my doors off one day on 309 up around Quakertown!

I thought Scrabble was a board game...

Restorers are not half bad folks, it's the date code zealots that need to be watched out for. I've worked in the nuclear industry, I know the type. They all legally change their middle names to "Pedantic" (look it up). I've seen big money dropped on the correct date parts for Mustangs. One guy I knew had a 67 convertible that had repopped stickers on the treads of the tires. Oh the gayness. The politics and trophy ***** BS just got to be too much. I laugh at grown men who will invest a fortune in an automobile just to get some sort of approval from strangers and a $5 piece of **** trophy.

If you fit this description, just let me say that people like you **** the fun out of everything with your lameness. Please kill yourselves.

That should be cast in bronze! It all started when they discovered that m*** produced **** was worthless to the true Pre War Car collectors so the date code BS was born. Even the Model A Ford MARC people laugh at them.

Hey BUCKY, Roger also owned Camaros. What's up with the AMC plug? If we are going into people how about Ike Eisenhower? Wasn't the guy from Green Acres also from PA?, Eddie Albert? Oh yea, Zippo lighters and perogies. Did anyone mention parogies?

I'll second Weasle..get a photo and post it with the story next time. But I'll agree with the "their party" rule of thought. Its just like the billetproof rules and the Hunnert rules, the clubs that run them want to see what they want to see. However in your defense, in a hobby like this, where its suppose to be fun. The AACA guy could have handled the situation more adult like and respected you as a visiter and a guest and turned you away nicely, thus making your weekend enjoyable. But hey, at least you can now say that you were run out of the town of Hershey by the AACA with your bad *** car!!!!!

    ---in short what a Jerk-
