I am defending a brother, as you all do so well here. Is that so wrong. Why are you all so pissed off, must all be married cause the tension in here feels like no body is getting any...the reason I am in to VW's so much is because when I can afford to step up to the plate I want to get an american rod, financially cant afford it, and a dub is cheap and plentiful.

A lot of us would prefer to have a Roadster Pickup, 3-Window, Phaeton, Vicky, Briggs-bodied 4 Fordor, Evans manifolds, Columbia 2-speeds, Stromberg 97's, etc, but just can't quite afford it yet. So, myself, I usually "lurk and learn". here. I was basically chased off that Volksrodder's forum by one particular shithead, but I guess there's one on every forum, or in front of every keyboard. I love the traditional 'rods, as that is what I grew up with, split wishbones, Flatheads, etc.
