I think i would have to lay some real good rubber down across thos spots. If i ever end up anywhere with those parking spaces in my hot rod you can bet i will light them up! Even if i got a ticket it would be money well spent!!

I want a '59, but one with a 427/4 spd even better. Also it is a clean air vehicle. It takes in plenty of clean air. It's also two kinds of hybrid, burns gas and rubber, and car/truck.

brother let me say this.i traded for one about 27 years ago to flip make a buck on. had it sold to a guy in wisconsin, changed my mind. never looked back. don't care how bad things get,how stressed out i get,i can get in the meeno as we call it,and change my whole outlook on things. at least for a while anyway. if it came down to food on the table or the car, well i guess she would have to go,if i was starving. most fun i car i have ever had. its not nearly as nice looking as yours. do what ever you have to do to keep it.jmo best of luck from one elky owner to another.

You'll find that an Elcamino is hard to find when you're in the market. Even harder to find a clean one or one that's been repaired right. Other than a 59, most are also very hard to sell. It's a car of passion that few of us truly understand. Definately NOT an "open market" car. You're also asking on a forum where everything old is cherished somewhat, some stuff more than it truly deserves. This board is 125K strong, but the car market for collectibles is at a minimum 20 times that number.

All of that rubbish out of the way, price it high. Price it 15-20% over the average that you'll find. My motto is always to raise the price and make it a better deal. Try that on your 67 as well. Only YOU are bothered by the negatives because you've owned it long enough. Someone else is going to start a whole 'nother relationship with it. Just tryin to help...
